The renovation project of the prestigious property located in the heart of Helsinki, Aleksanterinkatu 13, is nearing completion, with the project set to be finished in spring 2024. In this renovation project, the building’s retail spaces are being converted into modern commercial, office, and retail premises. TPE has had the opportunity to showcase its expertise as the steel structure contractor, supplier of metal railings and handrails, and contractor for the impressive glass roof structure in the inner courtyard of the property, which included nearly 30,000 kg of steel structures and almost 200 m2 of glass roof surface. We also supplied and installed the profile system for the project.
