Our partner NCC Suomi Oy is implementing the new office building on Aleksis Kiven street in Helsinki. The old office building will be replaced with a sustainable and energy-efficient new building of 21,000 m2, which will be designed according to the highest level LEED Platinum environmental standard.

We contracted the steel and PVP element structures of the site’s outer walls, IV machine room and IV chambers. In addition, we carried out the sheet metal work of the site and the sheet metal cladding of the facade.
